BRAZILIAN DREAM

By: Professor Marcelo Ribeiro
It is unbelievable the situation in which is Brazil, after years and over living with the stigma of a third world country, known as a country carnival, football, prostitution printed on the cards sent to foreign countries and brought it back and still Today many people for sex tourism in Brazil (unfortunately). But that's not what I want to talk, and to my amazement the situation where we're getting on the news that we are with Russia, India, China, developing countries in the future (rich). Here a great observation - that the Lula government was light years ahead of its predecessors with regard to putting our people with their head up high and international level is true. We know that our people are eating better this is true, we know that income and employment has been extended ditto, and we can no longer go unnoticed on the world stage, as we are one of the largest producers of food to the world of raw material in various areas and a huge potential for oil, even the condition of high-order sufficiency in the coming years the expectation of production of proven oil war. However, it is worrying that our government has done with this moment of greatness, where resources should be allocated to improve the lives of our people in the cities and the countryside, setting the producer and his family in humane conditions for their families. Build better mass transit with democratic and republican values.Expansion of services in water supply and sewage (shoddy). Fighting fires, reconstruction of riparian forests, expansion of programs to clean up the rivers, building favorable shipping small, expanding access to knowledge in medicine towards a preventive work with families breaking down problems and diseases thereby lowering attendances by effect (in hospitals). It is necessary to consider a new model for capping the streets that could unleash the heaviest rains, one can reduce pavement on their way about 40% of water into the galleries, sewers, ditches and others. Our people enjoy big events but we are devoted to the sport, but our athletes train in subhuman conditions without sponsorship or no place for the practice of Olympic sports. Our houses are of poor condition and many have neither one wants this. Many make a space to build and when they begin to construct their family, their ties are disrupted by the "LAW" and the police force, with their machines in a few seconds to destroy the dreams of thousands of Brazilians. Along with that our parents came to help our brothers in America and allow another look, different from that which has always been the dominant brand in the U.S. - America for the U.S. - but we are far from able to receive our fellow Haitian brothers, Bolivia,Peruvians, Northeasterners, Northerners and others who venture in Brazil to run this attempt to find this "New Brazil" we know is possible, but that is buried in drawers, in the basement of history, in the absence of shame and especially the lack of character and a sense of belonging to this country on this earth. Our Brazil has always been great, rich and powerful, but lost the train of history taking actions magazine cover to see the world, while their continued problems waiting for solutions. Meanwhile our people unlike the trade agreements and wealth that made up the giant who was lying in a splendid cradle, now shifts the burden to those who have always made this country, your greatest asset - our people. We do not need the World Cup and Olympics, we need Safe Houses, buildings insurance, basements that do not explode when we pass by them, we need a little, but this little lives being denied. Brazil is not, and can not be a dream or a reality for the children of this land and others who dream of a better world meet here. We are still far from this reality.
